Gypsy Birthday

Ive let my hair down recently for my friends birthday themed on the brilliant Channel 4 documentry Big fat Gypsy wedding …. with my friend Emmas 23rd Big fat gypsy birthday .

First a meal at zizis with the lovely home made barbie (with big gypsy dress) Birthday cake made by Remini.

Curling wands , glitter and the coin belts and bright dresses was the only thing gypsy really apart from abit of podium dancing .

The night was great and the cake was definitely as sweet as it looks !

suede is a bitch !

Wow i spent 3 hours cleaning my new gorgeous pink suede £70 amazing topshop shoes ! Because when i went to leeds for the lovely harlands birthday ( she really is lovely ) they got completely fucked !!!

( You cant really see my shoes , but what a lovely outfit …. all topshop ! )

Not only did it rain i nearly slipped making the side of my lovely shoes get covered in dirt …. then after a 45 minute wait to get in a club in the rain might i add ….i had at least 3 drinks spilt on me and a guy stand on my foot !!! my suade shoes was screaming for help ! and i was helpless …..

I did have an amazing time and loved leeds and the lovely harlands birthday …. but i found this handy little video that helped me clean my lovely shoes !

Im the Birthday Girl

Happy birthday to me im 19  !!!!

I have just got back home from Hinckley my dad just dropped me back ! Family BBQ was amazing , done some work , my dad took me for an amzazing meal for my bday yummy steak and an ice cream double chocolate brownie cake !!!!

Then i did a lil shopping and brought a lovely bag and shorts and some sexy underwear , pics soon not of the underwear though thats only for one persons eyes !!! haha

12 o’clock last night i got a text from Mr propperganda which made me cry as it was so cute … how sad and over emotional am i typical woman, and i was bombarded with notifications and texts and phone calls and i have been deprived of my mac for four days i did try to blog but my  iphone wernt having it,  lets hope they get word press application on the new iphone thats out Friday hint hint !!

I woke up this morning and caught my family trying to surprise me with a little bday cake and cards to their surprise i was up at 9am ! ha ha but as all ways i had to pretend it was my lil brothers bday too who blew out most my candles bless him !

But I will do another post tomorrow as i need to go pick up my bday dress from royal mail office as there was a mix up….and i have no presents to show you yet as all i have had is money so far… and i need to spend that on some food and drink for the party tonight !!!!

Morning ….

Morning….. or should i say afternoon , disgusting time to get up at 13:30 !!!  im feeling pretty grumpy today its pretty nice out as well but i still feel tired i think i need some cereal and a nice cup of tea  to get me through the day.

Good news though i have a birthday dress  its pretty !!! i cant wait till it arrives i just need to get some earrings now.

But todays plan is to bake some cookies and take them home to the siblings family party tomorrow so im off to hinckley  so i wont be able to post dont know when im back…..hopefully soon

Sleep deprivation !!!

I cant sleep ….Mr Propperganda is mumbling in his sleep , im searching for a birthday outfit i found one but not possible for it to get here anytime in the next 2 weeks !!! n my bday is next week !!!

So upset about that, also never went to the job interview today as i felt unwell but later on we did go to town Mr propperganda brought a beautiful vintage jacket, and i got 2 pairs of shoes , £5 each very nice one i can wear to work if i get the job ,

We also went to see the film Coraline today in 3d !!! to be honest it was too long and abit creepy i was really excited when i got the glasses but maybe because im not 6 years old i didnt think it was amazing !!!  shame…. waiting for summer cinema there is some sensational films coming soon about time…

I watched Star Trek other day forgot to post about that as well im more of a Star wars girl with Jabba the pink thing i like him !! ….haha Star Trek was good though, that would have been interesting in 3d !! i also went Wagamammas which is a Japanese Restaurant …very nice !

We both had 71  katsu curry  i can never finish it all i did use the chop sticks abit though but mainly the food so i could eat it quicker !!!

Then desert….Mr propperganda had coconut & mango ice cream while i had cheese cake ….tasty the hot chocolate cake and ice cream looks amazing though going back for that !, I have a new love for the place now (i even handed in a cv ) and I especially love the 2 for one offer on the back of cinema tickets and the free green tea !! credit crunch couple time !!!!

Well i better get too bed so i can have a productive day tomorrow and hopefully find an outfit and maybe a job !!!

Getting there ….

Today has been slow….

i was cut off by 02 which was much annoyance and also being told i desperately need to find a job to pay my rent installment…Today we signed the papers for our little house and there actually re painting the hall yay !!! no more bright yellow !! So good news to pay 6weeks rent by end of the month…. bad news!

But the house is now ours, off the market !!! very good news i have big plans that involve ikea…. i got a £10 off voucher in the post from them today go me !! As well as that little freebie i have a job interview Tuesday !!!! whoop!!! not revealing any details off yet but just to say to shed a bit of light on some good news for once…

The job hunt continues for number of friends off mine as well as many other students i can imagine, these times are hard when loan dries up and you can forsee no income to pay next months phone bill….. but i believe we can do it…!!!!  there should be dozens of jobs in Leicester and if those other students can get jobs back home then bloudy go home and leave some for the rest of us that are staying for the summer !!!

But a sensitive subject now…. my birthday…. very hard times also fall on my fellow geminis.

my birthday is soon upon us the 16th infact…..(presents please : P)  i dont know weather to make plans or cancel it till i can afford to have a worth while celebration…???I know i can expect some stuff but to tell the truth i dont have hight hopes this year, its true what they saw no fun ingetting older… take be back to the 90s where i colud have a mc donalds party with salty chicken nuggets, a barbie and candy necklaces….!!!

Hospital party…

Well today is my dads birthday , he is 39 and a grandad at that.

We went to the hospital today to see my little brother, he had an alergic reaction to his meds the other day and balloned !! but the swelling has gone down a little, he looks like he got a tan bless him but he looks healthy being abit bigger now. We had a lil party with cake and party rings and other junk. We brought my dad a video camera, really nice he like it.

Dont know when my brothers coming home yet, cant wait till he does. Me my sis and dad was building his new bed last night from ikea what is it with that dam swedish shop that they love to make the simplest thing overly complicated ??   The house is looking pretty nice though my dads been working hard i cant wait till everyones under one roof, my brother n sister playing and the rest of us watching rubbish t.v eating  my stepmums delious home cooking !!

Well this was just a quick post to keep me sane for an hour i need to go find cheap tickets to london now on the net as im going there wednesday !!!

Fringe ?

Well apart from that delightful day of the package the rest of my time was spent baby sitting and vacuuming , i didn’t go the vintage shop, see anyone, or buy anything so that was that.

I did have my hair done yesterday tho …… im still getting used to having a fringe but this look is temporary till i can get some extensions and dye them next month…

Its not a drastic change but it does look and feel so much better…

Well yesterday was one of the best nights i had at uni all year, it was my friends 22nd b day and me and anna made him a card and cooked him and my other friend some food , lemon honey chicken and some homemade chips and pasta yummyyy…. even though i left my kitchen in a mess which , this making me look like a hypocrite due to the rant i wrote on the note on the kitchen door about my messy flatmates…..

As i was not planning to go out seems as i had just got back from Hinckley i wore the dress on in the picture, an old fave with some knee high socks and the amazing comfy slipper like red shoes  oh and that pretty little necklace round my neck……. well its now broke because of my friend !!!

But yh then we went to a club and we got the birthday boy drunk, popped champagne and gave him a bday shout from the brum crew….i was drunk thanks to my friend filling me up with drinkies!!!  but the bday boy  had a good night, everyone went McDonalds and found out my mate jess can produce !!! (random joke) …..such a funny night

I want it now !!!

Well my hungover little self had a to do list as long as her arm today but i made no attempt to do anything…. another day were i haven’t tided the course work up from Tuesday, vacuumed, washed up from last night, paid the rent, or got my hair done never mind finding a job or looking for somewhere to live …..

Im hopeless but i have caught up on waterloo road and the aprentice that i missed last night, i can only stomach to eat a muffin from yest and 3 cups of tea i did just have a bag of wotsits though. Im suffering from last nights drinking i havnt got energy to eat or cook or pick up the phone.

But i have also stumbled on some pretty amazing things on the internet today,and have turned into veronica salt from charlie and the chocolate factory !!!

My birthday is a month away so heres some ideas ……

Beautiful things ….. i want them all …..ahhhh i need a job !!! or maybe all the people that love me can buy me these pretty things….. : )

Sweet 1st Birthday …

Hey well Ive finally finished some of the pictures from my cousins baby’s 1st birthday party Ella, that would make her my second cousin which makes me sound like one of the forgotten relatives you only send a Christmas card too because you see them once a year….( i hate them relatives !!!) so im gonna call her my niece ,

Well she is precious , everyone says that about kids dont they ….shes kinda weird too she has this funny stare and hardly any hair….( was not meaning to rhyme) and she gives the filthyist looks !!! my type of kid a tough cookie !!! u can tell she will beat the crap out of the kids in nursery just so she can have thier carton of milk!!But anyway my family rarely get together for these family occasions since my nan passed away …(R.I.P) Also everyone moans that its too much hassle because of distance when really if they didnt go they would only be watching Emmerdale or Heartbeat !! ( i am quite ashamed to admit it but i used to like heartbeat 6:30pm with a cuppa tea and crumpets !!!)

Well yh everyone turned up and had a good time , i was snapping away as well as jumping on the bouncy castle !!!

Kids party food , if there was chicken there it would have been perfect !!! there wasnt but i did get a sugar rush !!!

Now do you understand …dont mess with this kid , she wouldnt let me have her pink wafer or chocolate finger, i think she would of jumped me if i got any closer !!!

I  brought her this overly cute teddy which was really squishy and cudly ….(i wanted to keep it my self) and also a book sleeping beauty that came with a little silver locket, you see i can see a tomboy in the making and i kinda want to make her a little bit more girly…

.

There is that look again , my niece will bite you if touch her teddy ….. i havnt seen her for 2 weeks now that teddy is probly covered in biscuits and baby drool!!!

Birthday cake dont you just love it …..i did u can never beat a sponge cake with icing !!!
